I am passionate about helping people heal their relationships with food and improve their chronic diseases with therapeutic diets.Based on firsthand experience, the powerful impact of diet on certain diseases gives me a unique perspective on nutrition. I can guide each person toward their goals with patience and empathy.I do not believe in meal plans or restrictive diets, but I offer my clients guidance toward mindful eating and making small changes that can significantly impact their overall health.I was born and raised in Vermont and completed my undergraduate degree at University of Vermont in 2019. I love adventure and traveling, so I drove across the country to finish my schooling in Portland, Oregon.After school, I quickly returned to my hometown and continue to enjoy the many activities I grew up doing, including mountain biking, yoga, hiking, pickleball and skiing.
